Chime for Microsoft Teams 3.1.606 Release

Details:

  • Added additional checks to make sure queues don't go offline during small presence drops

  • Added new Agent Translation setting to enable/disable translation

  • Improvements on Agent Prompt notifications

  • Updated scheduling to work better with all time zones

  • Improved exporting Session Details

  • Made improvements to the exportable version of the Deflected Chats Details system report

  • Updated dashboards Agent list with live data that better reflects agent invites and active chat numbers

  • Added the Agent's presence in Microsoft Teams to the Agent Invite window

  • Fixed an issue where switching queue routing mode would sometimes prevent waiting chats from being picked by agents

  • Fixed Admin/Health Monitor status page DB counts for Azure databases

  • Fixed an issue where chats would sometimes bypass bots configured before the queue welcome message

  • Added the ability for locale codes to be stored as two-char codes instead of 4-char

  • Improved error handling for Agent Translation when messages are unable to be translated

  • Added some additional inbound filtering logic to ignore Bot Framework messages which have already been delivered - this was reported by one deployment where the Bot Framework service resent messages in some cases 12 hours after their initial delivery

  • Updated Chime GDPR application to maintain locale tag during removal activities (Chime GDPR 1.0.55)
