Details:
Updated presence polling module to handle malformed reply from 0365 indicating all agents are offline
Added defensive exception handling to cover specific guest and agent flow where a guest drops a conversation request just as the request is accepted by the agent using Microsoft Teams
Reset agent activity counts in the event that a queue’s PID is shut down
